Ingredients: Bacillus coagulans: Helps with lactose intolerance, digestion problems, stomach conditions, and controlling normal levels of cholesterol. It is also enhances the immune response and inhibits bacterial pathogens.

Enterococcus faecalis F-100: The Enterococci constitute a major genus of the lactic acid bacteria (LAB). Lactobacillus acidophilus: Some strains of L. acidophilus are considered "friendly" bacteria. This healthy bacteria inhabits the intestines and vagina and protect against unhealthy organisms. The breakdown of nutrients by L. acidophilus produces lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and other byproducts that make the environment hostile for undesired organisms.
L. acidophilus also tends to consume the nutrients many other harmful microorganisms depend on. During digestion, L. acidophilus also assists in the production of niacin, folic acid, and pyridoxine.
Some research has indicated L. acidophilus may provide additional health benefits, including improved gastrointestinal function, a boosted immune system, and a decrease in the frequency of vaginal yeast infections.
Lactose intolerance: It is known that lactose intolerant people can digest the lactose in yogurt better than the same amount of lactose in milk because of the Lactobacillus acidophilus.
Bifidobacterium longum: One of the most important residents in the human gastrointestinal tract, B. longum keeps the digestive system running smoothly, blocks the growth of harmful bacteria, and boosts the immune system.

Comment: I have had horrible digestion problems since I was 14. A wide variety of symptoms that I can't even beging to list. I tried everything. Only thing that a doctor could recommend was a parasite cleanse. It worked, but it never fully went away, and after not using the parasite cleanse for 2 days or longer it would be full on attack again. I got threelac after doing some research, and now i'm trying fivelac, hopefully this is more potent, and hits some of the spots of candida the threelac couldnt. Ordered it on monday night, shipped out by tuesday, it's thursday today and it was on my front porch.

Summary: ineffective and makes you smell awful
Comment: This product produces a nasty die-off smell which is like a yeasty body odor. It made me smell really bad and feel strange, and I didn't notice any boosted immunity or feelings of increased wellness. I suffer from candidasis and bad allergies and sensitivities. I will continue with the rest of the product I have left until I run out, and if I start to feel better, I will return and change this review.

Summary: Our family keeps this on hand always
Comment: I always keep these on hand for my daughter who is somewhat intolerant to wheat. It greatly helps her digest wheat when she is not in a position to obtain spelt bread products. This product relieves her discomfort of bloating and cramping, but it is only a tool. She does remarkably well on a non wheat diet.

Comment: This product seems to have worked for me. It has a plesant taste and is easy to take. Individual pouches can be carried with me and I can take them where ever I am throughout the day.

With the development of FiveLac the question arises, is FiveLac better than ThreeLac? FiveLac is a more powerful and enhanced formulation for relief from yeast and fungus overgrowth. Whats the improvement? GHT has added two additional probiotic strains to its formula.
