Summary: Soy Care really works!
Comment: If taken twice a day as directed, this Soy Care DOES help with hot flashes and sweating. I am over 50 with surgically induced menopausal symptoms. I take Soy Care twice a day along with Vit.E 400 i.u. twice a day and the hot flashes and sweating are barely noticeable. I researched many supplements/vitamin combinations, consulted with my doctor (VERY IMPORTANT), and we came up with this winning combination. Each situation is unique, so ask your doctor before trying anything. But I'm sure this will be a good solution for someone else like me!!

Comment: i DO TAKE THIS PRODUCT AS AN ADDED SUPPLEMENT TO THE HRT PATCH. I HAVE TRIED MANY OTHER BRANDS, AND TUPES, BUT THIS IS THE BEST. MY HOT FLASHES ARE GONE, PLUS NO SIDE EFFECTS. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.
